Lionbridge Crowd is a recruitment team for “Lionbridge Enterprise Crowdsourcing”. A mouthful, I know. They are based out of Ballina, Co. Mayo, Ireland. Their headquarters are based in Waltham, Mass. Lionbridge usually recruits for work at home positions.

Often, these positions require the potential candidate to have a strong interest in the internet culture. Keep in mind a lot of the positions that Lionbridge offers are independent contractor work. With that being said there are positions for corporate associates as well.

What Types of Positions Are Available?

The company is currently offering part-time work from home positions for independent contractors. They also have positions for freelancers, and corporate associates.

As a corporate associate, which is not an independent contractor position. You will have a full-time work from home position and you’ll be offered full benefits, as you would be an actual employee of Lionbridge. These positions are listed below.

How Much Will You Get Paid?

Each position has different pay structures. Some positions offer, pay-per-hour rates, others offer salary rates, and a few are pay-per-task. Lionbridge does pay directly to your bank account and all of this is explained in the recruitment process.

Are There Any Fees?

Absolutely, not! There will be no type of fee if you decide to join them.

What Are You Required To Do?

Nothing, the only thing you need to do is, first of all, apply. Submit all the required information during the application process. Secondly, you will need access to a PC or Laptop.

However, in some cases, a cell phone is required. Not all positions require a cell phone. This all depends on the position you’re applying for. And, of course, you will need access to high-speed internet.

Although, they do not provide you with a PC/Laptop. They will provide you with certain tools to help you become successful during your Lionbridge journey.

What Is the Recruitment Process?

Lionbridge recruitment process can vary. There are a lot of people applying to this position on a daily basis. It could take some time for them to get back to you. Just be patient and look at for their email.

There will not be an interview conducted. Instead, you will have to take and pass their online exam. Unfortunately, I don’t know what the exam entails but, my advice would be to study the material when they send it to you.

Are You Willing To Work?

Certainly, you should apply with Lionbridge as an independent contractor. If you’re willing to accept their work hours, which is working part-time, up to 20 hours per week. The hours can be worked however and whenever you please. As long as you work them.
