Working Solutions Remote Jobs: Reviewed

Are you truly motivated to work from home? No supervisor checking in on you all the time? Are you self-driven?

What Is Working Solutions Remote Jobs?

Working Solutions is a remote job (Independent Contractor or 1099), that is a female-owned company that’s been around for at least 27 years. Evolved in 1996, before Google, YouTube, and the internet was even a thing.

With working solutions you won’t be a W4 employee but, you’ll become a 1099 work from home independent contractor. In other words, self-employed where you’ll be considered your own business.

The best way that I can describe Working Solutions is that they are almost like an outsourcer. You’re the agent (Independent Contractor) with a company which is Working Solutions.

Working Solutions services many other companies, some of them even Fortune 500 companies. All their clients are under its roof.

If you’ve heard of LiveOps, then you may be familiar with this type of business.

Either way, according to Glassdoor, they’re a decent company to look into.

How Does The Process Of Working Solutions Work?

Step 1: Register to the Working Solutions website.

First things first! Go to the official website and register.

Step 2: Take Assessments

After registering, you should receive a prompt. The prompt should tell you that you’ll need to complete the assessments. The assessments should take no longer than 45 minutes.

What’s unique about the assessments is that they actually contain a couple of real job assessments of two real clients that Working Solutions works with.

Step 3: Invitation

Okay, so if you successfully complete the assessments. You may receive an invitation by email. This is your chance to get access to the application portal.

In this phase of the process, you’ll have the ability to finish your profile, upload your resume and any experience that you may have.

By the way Professor Heather Austin, is one of my favorite resume ladies. You can check her channel out here. She gives you tons of advance.

If you sign up to her mailing list you can even get a free resume template that should help you fill out a resume.

Step 4: Scan Device

By the way, your internet and or computer equipment will be scanned by Working Solutions to make sure that it meets their technical requirements. They need to make sure that your computer and internet is up to speed for the work that you’ll be doing.

Step 5: Full Access

After your device has been fully certified. Meaning, Working Solutions has determined that your equipment is good to go.

Then you’ll gain full access to all the meat and the potatoes.

In other words, step 5 is where you’ll get to learn who the clients of Working Solutions are, their hours of operation, pay for the job and or any requirements that you need to apply for that particular client.

From here, you’ll review all the jobs that you’re interested in and apply to any that you are considering.

Once you apply, your resume is sent and reviewed by the virtual talent team. If selected, someone from the team will reach out to you.

What Do You Need To Apply To This Position?

First and foremost, there are certain requirements for the tech equipment that you’re going to need.

First you’ll need to bring your own equipment whether it’s desktop or laptop. You’ll also need high speed internet that’s hard-wired.

Wi-Fi is not secure enough, and it gives poor quality for the critical applications.

You’re also going to need a USB headset.

With that said, most small business desktop computers should have at least 8 gigabytes of memory. If you think you’re going to have lots of programs open at one time go for the 16 gigabytes.

Second, you’ll need at least 128-256 storage, and 4 processing cores are recommended if you plan on taking calls with your computer.

If you don’t have a desktop, you can also use a laptop with some exceptions. It’s recommended that the laptop not be a touch screen. They break easily and do things that aren’t intended.

The laptop screen should be at least 15 inches, with an HD screen or better.

Last but not least, since almost all Working Solutions are either over the phone or Web X (face to face over the internet) then you’ll need a quiet area. Therefore, working solutions don’t allow background noise like the seasonal position with Yardi Matrix.
